New Perseus Atlas

A new expanded version of the on-line Perseus Atlas is currently in production. In addition to the features of the current atlas, the new atlas will display a greater geographic extent than the previous atlas, contain more geographic feature data, and allow users to choose the type of geographic data they wish to display for a given region. Improvements to the interface should also permit the atlas to run well under Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and Unix operating systems and browsers, thus lifting the limitations of the current Perseus WWW atlas.
