Yale University Press is now taking orders for the Platform-Independent version of Perseus 2.0. The anticipated release date is March, 2000. More information on pricing and ordering is available on Yale UP's WWW site.
As mentioned in the premier issue of this newsletter, Platform-Independent Perseus ("PIP") is identical in content to Perseus 2.0 for the Macintosh, although the software has been changed from the Hypercard-based format of the Mac versions. Like Perseus 2.0 for Macintosh, PIP comes in a concise (single CD-ROM) version and a comprehensive (4 CD-ROMs) version. Please direct your questions to Yale University Press.
