More Capacity for the Main Perseus Server

Last fall, we added new hardware to support the increased demand on the Perseus site. The key machine that we added proved unreliable. After deciding that we could not rely upon it, we ordered a replacement. The new server, a 2 processor DELL, has now been installed and should provide a great deal more power, improving performance substantially.
