[1051] Supply ἐννέπειν （αὐτόν）, not ἐννέπει. The form οἶμαι, though often parenthetic （as Soph. Trach. 536）, is not less common with infin. （ Plat. Gorg. 474a “οἶον ἐγὼ οἶμαι δεῖν εἶναι）,” and Soph. often so has it, as Soph. El. 1446.
