κᾆτ᾽, ‘and then,’ here=‘and so.’ It usually means, ‘and after that,’ i.e., ‘and nevertheless’ (O. C. 418). θυστάδας, accompanying sacrifice: Aesch. Theb. 269 “Ἑλληνικὸν νόμισμα θυστάδος βοῆς”. Cp. Il. 9.499 “καὶ μὲν τοὺς” (the gods) “θυέεσσι καὶ εὐχωλῇς ἀγανῇσιν ι λοιβῇ τε κνίσῃ τε παρατρωπῶσ᾽ ἄνθρωποι ι λισσόμενοι”.
