ἄγει … ἀκτάν, a rare poet. constr. with “ἄγω”, as Ph. 1175“Τρῳάδα γᾶν μ᾽ ἤλπισας ἄξειν”: Aesch. Pers. 861 “νόστοι... ι εὖ πράσσοντας ἆγον οἴκους” (so Porson for “ἐς οἴκους”). Cp. O. T. 178 “ἀκτὰν πρὸς ἑσπέρου θεοῦ”.
