νεῖσθαι pres. (Od. 5.88): Eur. has “νεῖσθε” ( Eur. Alc. 737) and “νεόμενος” (in lyr. El. 723): otherwise the word is not tragic. τοῖσι μὴ εἰδόσιν, synizesis, as 263, 535, O. C. 1155 “ὡς μὴ εἰδότ᾽ αὐτόν”, Tr. 321 “καὶ ξυμφορά τοι μὴ εἰδέναι”.
